I will find you the best listings, and after we've chosen the right one for you, I will keep you informed throughout the entire transaction process. Title, Escrow, closing, you'll never be left in the dark. You will always be able to reach me.

Teamwork - You and I will work as a team to find you the best home possible at the best price. After we find that home, I have a whole team of great folks I can refer to you to handle anything outside my specialty. Home Inspections, Lenders, Home Repair, etc. You will always be part of my team.

100% Client Representation - I will always present your home in the best light possible through print, web and personal marketing strategies. I will negotiate on your behalf to help you get the most money for your home in the least amount of time possible.
Comprehensive Marketing plan including print advertising (Newspaper, Homes & Land, etc.), Full Color LASER flyers, audio descriptions through ScottLine, your home's own personal web site on the internet, virtual tours, open houses, and more as required. I have the market knowledge and know how to get your home sold.
Communication - I will personally commit to stay in touch at LEAST once per week to let you know how many people have viewed your home, and what they thought of it. I will also communicate with other agents that have shown your home to get their perspective and clients feedback. I absolutely refuse to list your home and disappear, you will always be able to reach me.
